NEW UPDATE! SPACE FIGHTER V1.2:

• Brand new Sukhoi SU-35S Plane! 120 HP, 36 Speed, 0.3 Firerate and 5 Damage!
• Added new movement mechanic(Planes now accelerate and decelerate)

Hello, I'm a new indie developer. This is the first game I made using Python, and I hope you enjoy it. Make sure to DM me @solukan on Discord if you find any bugs or unexpected crashes, or even just suggestions of how I can improve the game, since that would be very much appreciated.  If the game gets large enough I may even include a Discord Server, so I would be extremely grateful if you can share the game with your friends to increase popularity. I will also likely be adding more content into the game and developing other games as well, so always stay tuned.

Use WASD or arrow keys to move. P to pause the game. Shoot and destroy enemy spacecrafts with your laser to progress through the phases and earn score. Each phase introduces a new type of enemy spacecraft and gets progressively harder. Your goal is to destroy the mothership before the enemies destroy you!
